Fastest Way To Build A Huge Targeted Opt-In List – Free Giveaway
So, by now you know: the money is in the list! Grow your list and you grow your niche site income. But you also know that one of the best ways to get people to part with their email address is to give them something valuable for free, in return!
This is what I have done to build a list for myself:
1. Signup a Free Giveaway Event
2. Upgrade Account
3. Create Own Product
4. Setup the Squeeze Page
I joined “Easter JV Giveaway” as an contributor for the coming giveaway on 4/21/2009 and I upgrade my account during the One Time Offer upgrade. You won’t be able to upgrade your account again if you miss that OTO. You can sign up an account with “Easter JV Giveaway” as a contributor and kick start your list building.
After I have upgrade my account, I add in my gifts and finalize my squeeze page which is at http://trafficgenerationsystem.net
Once I have finalize my website, it’s time to add in my follow up email. I didn’t write all of these follow up message myself, but I use a third party service which is call Easy Marketing Newsletter. I have added in 5 newsletter and set it to send out once every 7 days. This will help me to build long-term relationship with my list.
So how can you build a list quickly?
Step one is, don’t offer something for free that is widely available. I know… I can hear the groans now. But the reality is if it’s something that can be found elsewhere for free then it’s really not that valuable to every visitor.
The secret is to create something of your own that’s completely unique or find something new and fresh. You want your offer available from only one place, and that’s by subscribing to your opt-in list. Of course, if you’re able to get a hold of a brand new ebook or report before it saturates the market, this works
too.
But creation of your free offer isn’t hard. In fact, I created this whole system in the span of a couple hours on a lazy Sunday. But the real trick when creating your free offer is to make it something that ranks high on the desirability scale.
Your free offer (ebook or report) should be something that directly targets your visitors. For instance, if I was running a classified ad that promised to teach people how to make money online with opt-in lists when they click the link, then this short article could be used as my report.
